Chase Donnally | Board Member
Chases’ main calling is to be a lover of Jesus, living out of a Psalm 17:15 reality; being fully satisfied when I see Jesus face to face. Chase has been walking with Jesus from a young age and turned his heart back to Jesus while in college at Pacific Lutheran University. He and his wife, Annie, have been married for 4 years and have one child, Olivia (1).  Chase and his wife met at IHOP Kansas City while doing Fire in the Night.  Our desire to see Jesus glorified and night and day prayer in the Northwest is happening and we see it as a privilege to be part of what the Lord is doing.

Chase is working in Federal Way as a Financial Analyst, and enjoys praying for financial blessing over IHOP Northwest as well as analyzing the financial statements.

Rand Malone, MD | Board Member
Dr. Rand Malone is an allergist and a 52 year old native of Thomasville, GA with 3 children (ages 16, 20 and 22) and a wife of 28 years.  Rand and his family have been involved with the International House of Prayer since their first One Thing conference in Kansas City in 2001.  The message that Christ desires relationship instead of religion and for us to be his Bride for eternity has been transforming for the whole family.  Rand first got to know Gary Wiens in 1988 during his allergy training in Denver when he and Elizabeth attended Aurora Vineyard where Gary was pastor.  Gary dedicated the Malone’s oldest 2 children.   They reconnected with Gary while he was still with IHOP-KC and have considered him a spiritual father and friend for more than 20 years.  Rand and his family are dedicated to praying for and supporting Gary and Marie Wiens and International House of Prayer Northwest as a center for intercessory prayer and teaching the Bridal Paradigm to the people in the Seattle area.

James Lee | Board Member
James’ passion is to fulfill the command of Deuteronomy 6:5 in his life, which is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength”. James has been walking with Jesus since accepting Him as his Lord and Savior at age 16 while attending a Young Life summer camp.  As a young man, he cultivated his walk with the Lord through the help of Navigators, a campus ministry dedicated to raising-up disciples and equipping them.

He and his wife, Danielle, have been married for 18 years and have three children, Ryan (14), Karis (12) and Raina (9). James and his family have had opportunities to be part of some wonderful churches around the country including Burke Community Church in northern Virginia, New Hope Christian Fellowship in Hawaii, Tabernacle Church in Norfolk, Virginia, and Calvary Chapel of Monterey, California.  In these fellowships, James served in varied capacities such as being a member of the deacon board, Sunday school teacher, worship service producer, and member of the praise and worship team.

James is an active duty naval officer working in Bremerton and residing in Gig Harbor.
